We service Richlands and surrounding Onslow county providing free trap spay neuter and release services. Our goal is to mitigate local cat colonies from overpopulation. We do this in the most humane way possible in accordance with all local, county and state regulations. One of our goals is to find a loving home for each one of our strays and fosters.
